  • John D. Chang passed away on Thursday, December 12th, 2002, after suffering from a cerebral hemorrhage. He was only 38 years of age.

    One of the initiatives of the John D. Chang Foundation is stroke prevention. According to the American Stroke Association, stroke is the third leading cause of death in the United States.
